I just want to share my experience at Parkwood Plaza. Office staff Vanessa and Yadira have been so helpful willing to help with anything residents need, I needed help with using the washer and dryer with the new payrange app and they walked with me to the laundry room to explain to me and walk me thru the proces of how to use them. Maintenence team is also very helpful always taking priority of the property thank all the staff for everything they do.

I’ve been living at Parkwood Plaza for just about two years now, about to sign for my third lease term. I’m so grateful to have kind and thoughtful staff at the leasing office who work with late payments and timely maintenance requests. It’s been a very nice place to call home and I’m excited to continue to.
